Therefore, we are always on the lookout to recruit talented individuals to become Compliance or Certification Engineers, working on a variety of certification, assessment and test projects, including ATEX, IECEx and DSEAR.

What We Look For

We look for people who are self-motivated, customer-focused and have a background in manufacturing, process or compliance engineering. Our customers range from small independent companies to global multinationals, so a confident, commercially aware and adaptable attitude is essential.

Qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering are essential for technical positions, as are good communication, problem solving and project management skills.

Sira has offices in Chester, Bakewell (Derbyshire) and Crayford (Kent) and you may be required to travel nationally and internationally on compliance projects and technical committees.
